"I ordered this book and was pleasantly surprised when I opened it. For starters, it is so much more than just an 'energy' enhancement book. The way the author, Stephen Adele, explains it, you shouldn't read this book all in one night. Instead you are supposed to read one Energy Solution each night, and then he gives you practical, easy ways to put the Solution into practice. Like an Energy Exercise. Then, at the end of the day, you have a journal to fill out and report how well the new Energy Solution affected your energy that day and how you felt. Plus, it has this neat little 'energy meter' at the end of each day's journal too, where you can mark your level of overall energy. Then, after Day one, you move on to reading the next Energy Solution, and putting the Solution into practice, and so on.
